Even More Halloween Cards

This one piece of Designer Series Paper from the Them Bones Designer Series Paper pack has helped me create six really fun cards!

The first card I made from this piece of Designer Series Paper(DSP) was for What's Up! Stampers? on October 4. It was a simple Z-fold card that you can read about by clicking here. The card and the two sections from the DSP I used for the card can be seen below.

The second and third cards I made with this sheet of DSP were cards I CASEd (Copy and Share Everything) from the September-December 2023 Mini Catalog. The cards and sections of the DSP I used can be seen below, and the blog post for these cards can be found by clicking here.

Two of the last three cards are really simple and easily duplicated. One - the fourth of 6 - was made with these two sections of the DSP.

I took those two pieces and trimmed them to 3 7/8" x 2 5/8" and layered them onto two pieces of Starry Sky that are 4" x 2 3/4". I adhered the houndstooth design flat on the Basic Gray card base and used Stampin' Dimensionals to pop up the "BOO!", but not before I added the embossed skeleton heads from the Bag of Bones stamps. I love how they're peeking out from behind the "Boo!" as if they themselves are saying it. I used the Bag of Bones Dies for the bats, and I cut them from Basic Black cardstock and added them to the card base. A great and easy card to add to the Halloween cards 2023 collection!

The fifth simple card I made uses this section of the DSP:

I took that section of the DSP and cut the "Trick or Treat" using the largest square in the Stylish Shapes Dies. I used the largest banner in the Nested Essentials Dies for the banner on the card.

I cut it out of the plaid DSP from Them Bones, then cut the banner in half so I could stretch it to peek out above and below the Trick or Treat square. Those two pieces are layered on a piece of 4" x 5 1/4", which has been embossed using the Distressed Tile 3D Embossing Folder. A 4 1/4" x 11" piece of Basic Black cardstock serves as a perfect card base when folded in half.

The sixth and final card I made using this piece of the Designer Series Paper had to be - of course - a fun fold card.

I used two of the sections from the DSP for this card:

I cut the houndstooth piece into two pieces, one that is 4" x 1" and one that is 4" x 2". I mounted those on a piece of Basic Black cardstock, which I cut 4 1/4" x 9", scored at 1 1/4", 2 1/2", and 5 3/4". Accordion folding that makes a great step card. I took a second piece of Basic Black cardstock that measures 3 3/4" x 11", folded in half at 5 1/2". I adhered that over the steps to create a faux Center Step card. I added the cat panel on the front of that front center step, then cut several pieces of Basic Black cardstock using the grass die from the Bag of Bones Dies, layering one on top of another.

I used a piece of Basic White cardstock measuring 4" x 3" for the inside of the card so I could stamp my "Happy Halloween" and write a short message.

Such a fun card to round out the six I made with one sheet of DSP and a few other supplies.

They're all fun!

Happy Halloween!

Amy
