I'm pretty sure we've all been invited to a home party at one time or another. Direct sales are known for home parties...Tupperware parties, Pampered Chef Parties, ThirtyOne parties. You name it, there's probably a direct sales home business for it. And when there's a home party, there's always a host. Hosts get free product based on the purchases of their friends at the party. Sound familiar?
When I first started with Stampin' Up!®, parties were the backbone of the business. But as time has gone on, the look of a host has changed a ton. Hosts can mean lots of things:
Party host in your home, like the old days
Club host - friends who are all part of a group that means several times during the year in the host's home, and all members of the group take turns being host
Virtual Club host - people from all across the country gather virtually to do a club similar to the in person club above
Facebook party host - a special group on Facebook where I share products, information, ordering information, and projects all on that group
Book party host - Pass the catalog (or simply an ordering host code) to friends, who then order needed supplies
Be your own host! Spend $150 or more to get the host benefits
As per normal, you can earn free product, based on sales at your party/club/purchase:
If you choose, you can use some of your Stampin' Rewards for host only items. Right now there is a fun array of products you can choose, if you wish - both stamps and Designer Series Papers:
I've used several of the products in some cards that I really love (especially the ones I've made with the Designer Series Paper. :)
Celebrate Everything Designer Series Paper:
Designer a Daydream Designer Series Paper:
Sit Stay Relax stamp set:
The hosting opportunities are many, and the products you can choose for free when you host are endless. But don't you just love these host-only choices? I'll be sharing a Sit Stay Relax card in Thursday's blog post, and of course, it's a fun fold! See you back here then!
Which host-only product turns your crank? Contact me to be a host in whatever way works best for you!
Happy hosting!
